    3D brightness on TI4200

This is for a system with a ti4200 vid card with 44.67 drivers.
Does anyone know how to increase the brightness in 3D games without increasing the normal windows desktop brightness.
All 3D games seem dark at the moment whilst the desktop is fine.
I really would like to know if there is a generic solution to this rather than adjusting the monitor or the games brightness controls separately for each game. I think all the games I'm referring to are direct3D.

Some games take WC3 for example have a gamma setting in the game under video.

Thx for that but rather than adjust each game wondered if there was some setting in the registry or something that would adjust for all games.
