    Question Power supply usage??

Hi all, I am just wondering if there's a program that can test the amount of voltage used on my Enermax 350Watt PSU?? Since I am using quite a lot of devices on my OC system.....I just want to make sure if my power will be enough. My friend told me that there's a program that can test on that, but he forgot the name of the program...... any body knows??

Well if you just want to see the voltages then there are lots options. Most Motherboards should come with a utility to check voltages. Asus comes Asus PC Probe and my Epox comes with a program called Unified System Diagnostic Manager. There's also a program called Motherboard Monitor which is a little bit trickier to setup.

If you have an APC battery backup, their utility tells you how many watts you are pulling through the APC unit. It does not address any specifics of your power supply other than overall power consumption. Many PS units have specific limits on the amount of power supplied by each rail. That means you can run out of say +5v power long before you run out of +12v power.
