good deal?
i browsed some shops here in austria and I found that these guys have Z-680's for 367 Euros. This is about the cheapest I would be able to get these for over here (NO shop in austria sells Promedia 5.1's ) Or should I order a set of Promedias from the web?

Those Z680's for 367Euro's works out to about $430US. The Promedia 5.1 Ultra's cost $400 at the Klipsch online store, but I don't know how much shipping will be. The Ultra's are MUCH better than the Z680's, but don't have external decoders.

367?
That sounds about right, I was in europe this summer and they had the megaworks 550 THX for about 350 euros. (expensive for what it is)

Hammerhead Shark
I use Grado SR60 headphones exclusively. The sound is excellent and it only costs $60-70. If I were in your shoes I'd get a new Audigy ZS soundcard and a pair of really nice cans. Check out www.headfi.org for headphone suggestions.
Maybe not exactly what you were looking for, but it's an option.

anyone know what I can do about the Klipsch Registration? It only has the 50 states and columbia and won't let me go on when I don't put anything in.
