Recording a Concert with Audigy2 Platinum?

Ok, here's the story. There's a band at my church, and I am interested in making them a cd. Nothing major, no editing just straight live. They have a mixer board and stuff. Now, all said and done I get 2 RCA outs from the mixer to the front inputs of the "Live Drive" as they used to call it. What is the best program to use? Could I get away with using any of Creative's pre-packaged software. I know the files are going to be huge. I would just basically be recording a WAV file, is that correct? Thanks in advance.

You can record to high quality mp3 if you like, 320 kbps using the creative recorder, although not ideal it will save you some space.

I'm not really concerned about space... I could always just burn a cd and be done with it. My other option is just recording as a wav? Is the Creative program decent?
