What month or couple of months do you think these will be released in? I know that answers will be just speculation but I'm wondering when so I can save up accordingly

Since they just released their refresh product in the 9800XT, you can expect about 6 months from now, so maybe an early spring release.

Excuse me, are you saying that there'll be a R420 and R450? I thought the R420's the 'baddest' bada$$ from ATI?
Hopefully there would be a $200-$250 varient that just has disabled pipelines that can be re-enabled with software

Whenever the 9800NP feels sluggish, I take the next step. It's hard to say what that next step will be, though. There should be many good choices availble next Fall, and I don't want to spend more than say $300. From my perspective, I don't see anything but smooth gaming until then.
