    stream.sys? BSOD!!!

    whenever i try to open a video edit/video caputre program i get the BSOD, i didnt write down the error codes, but if it will help i will. on it, it gave an error pertaining to stream.sys. this is really annoying since i need to capture and edit video on my computer, i have never had this problem up until today. i have tried opening ulead videostudio and windows movie maker. i have premiere but havent tried that yet, i am sure the results will be the same. any help would be ever so greatly appreciated. THANKS!

    hmmmm....any other thoughts as to what it can be? none of the previous solutions seem to be working
