IE6 - Is there a settings to block external access?
I have looked through my Linksys WAP and could not find an option to block a site that get's accessed by others, also looked through IE's settings but only have cookies restriction, which is useless.
Do I need 3rd party or not?

Site blocking by IP address is done in a router. If you don't have a router, you'll need a third party firewall.
Site filtering by content can be done in IE, Tools/Internet Options/Content.

In IE6...go Tools>Inet Options>Security Tab>Restricted sites...and click "sites"....place bad sites in there....and click Ok...and Ok again to save..

AFAIK the sites in the Restricted Site list have the Restricted Site policy applied. That policy by default does not block those sites. I have a long list of sites in my list. It prevents them from leaving cookies or starting popups/popunders. Try it on cnn.com to see the difference.
