    Good Cooler for MSI K7N2?

I haven't been on this forum about 2 years! woh. It seems like everything i look at won't fit on my board!!!! I'd like to OC a lil, and even if i don't i want my temps cool and the noise decently quiet, I've had this dang Fop38 w/ Delta forever and i'm sick of it! I need some recommendations please, thanks!

Vantec Aeroflow will fit just about anything and cool pretty well too. If you wait a little bit, I can tell you if an SLK900 fits.

    Main Rig

    + AthlonXP 2500+ Barton (early week, unlocked); cooled by SLK900A w/ 92mm 64cfm fan + The Uberduct
    + 200x11, 1.725vcore, 2.7vdimm for everyday use; 210x11, 1.825vcore, 2.8vdimm max stable overclock
+ Abit NF7-S rev2 (Vantec Iceberq on NB)
    + 1x512MB Buffalo Tech PC3200 (CH-5)
    + Radeon 9500 Pro awaiting it's overclock
    + Seagate Barracuda 80GB 8MB cache 7200RPM HD#1
    + Western Digital 60GB 2MB cache 5400rpm HD#2
    + LG 52x CDRW
    + Samsung 32x CDROM
    + Allied 400W PSU

I have a friend with that board and he is using the vantec aeroflow. His temps stay below 40C even on hot days and when I go into his room I sometimes can't tell if his computer is on or not! That hsf has my vote from experience, but every one else I have chatted with on this forum prefers the Thermalright slk series. They must have good reason to rave about it . I think the slk947 has fixed compatability issues. Go to the thermalright homepage and check it out!

Edit: If I saw correctly the msi board that you referred to doesn't have the 4 holes near the cpu socket for a motherboard-mounted heatsink. IF that is the case, go with the vantec aeroflow or the slk800A. A lot of people on this forum have told me that I should go with the slk900A since I have an AMD based system, but after reveiwing the specs, I just can't bring myself to believe that a 570g heatsink is a wise choice for the three-prong clip. That is about 1.2 pounds, which is a lot of torque on the cpu mount. Ultimately, it's your choice though. Good luck!
