It was sarcasm Speedstream. Sarcasm.
Oh ok, hence the lack of smilies or italics used in your post, right? Kind of a feeble attempt at covering yourself I'd say.
T-Bird:
1. Who the hell cares what your friend says about PC3200 RAM?
2. Good luck getting 235FSB on a KT400 board, you know that would be cake with an NF2 board, right?
3. I will fly myself down to Florida, deposit $1000 in your hand, shake your hand, and then end my life if you get your CPU to 3GHZ. Seriously, it would just completely fulfill my life.
4. I'm still waiting for the links showing me where the 8500 is "eaten" by a TI500 in actual game benchmarks, 3DMark doesn't count.
*Could be some sarcasm in number three. *

Hold on... someone buy me a Promiteia Mark2, a 3200+ AMD 64bit cpu, some CAS 2 PC4000 that can do awesome timings at 300fsb, a radeon 9800 card that overclocks to 1000/1000 and I will get 30k... if not you can have the cpu back, deal?
Deal of a lifetime right there guys, 1st one to PM me gets the deal. plz don't pm me

The bottom line is that in some cases, running two sticks increases the overclock.
Oddly enough, it works that way sometimes. My system is more stable at a high FSB in DC mode than it is in SC mode. It doesn't make sense and I have no idea why it's like that, but it is.
I couldn't hit 220+ FSB for the life of me in SC, but my system doesn't break a sweat doing that in DC. Finicky Abit board I suppose.
