XP Users question
Quick question. I know when you set up a second user in XP, the software you install on one user doesnt show up in other users. My question is, when Drivers are installed on one user, do they update on the other user accounts? Reason being I want to use my computer as a digital audio workstation (meaning I need my system as "clean" as possible), however I still would like to install all my regular apps and games on a second user so as not to mess up drivers and what not on the DAW user account. I really do not want to set up a dual boot, anyone know?

There is no spoon.
In that case, you would need to dual-boot. Applications will only show up for the user that installed them at times because they shortcuts to that application are placed in the user's profile, as opposed to the "All Users" profile. The application is still installed on the machine, and any user with the rights to do so can run that application. With drivers, they're installed per-machine, not per-user. If you install a certain hardware driver, the system itself uses the driver, hence any user that logs onto that system will be using that driver as well.
