    Which would you keep?

I just upgraded my main computer to a Radeon 9700 Pro. For the second computer I have two cards left over, one of which I'm going to be selling.
The second computer will have these specs:
    Athlon XP 1800+
    Shuttle A33N400N Mobo
    256 MB DDR
    WD 40 Gig 7200RPM HDD
    and either an ATI Radeon 8500 128MB or a Gainward Ti4200 64MB

The question here is, without overclocking which is the better card for games?? I'm kinda stuck on this one. Thanks.

    Work:
    Macbook Pro 15" Retina Display | 8GB Ram | 256GB SSD | Mac OS 10.8

Hrm, I gotta bad feeling about this thread (ti4200....)

I'd go with the 4200, its prob one of the best DX8 cards out there.

    Keep the TI4200.

Could you give me some details on the 8500? Like default clock speeds and the numbers on the RAM chips? Also, is it an AIW(All-in-Wonder)?

I Can't compare, never had a 8500, but really no one should know better which you prefer since they are both your cards. no one is better suited to make a performance/quality assessment than you and your subjective opinion based on the computer in which either will run... but yeah go with teh 4200

Well damn, everyone is saying keep the Ti4200. I guess it's always been a better performer but I wanted to make sure I was keeping the right card. Thx all.
