Well, with your system and the video card running at stock speeds, it seems like that score is about right to me. Edit to add: run 3D Mark 2003 and see what your score is.

where it says performance or quality if so its in the middle

Yea turn it to the left all the way.
I got those scores on my 9800NP xp 2400 512DDR 333 ram, same settings.
Run 3d mark 03 and see what you get.

move it all the way to the left. Edit to add also turn off as many processes you can that you have running.

That score is fairly accurate for a 2.53 at stock.
Overclock your P4, and watch your score fly up.

I agree with everybody else, that score is right on the money and maybe even a little high. I see some pretty good potential for 17K or so if you OC the CPU and have a good overclocking card.

thanks again when I compare to systems same as mine there are only a few that beat this score and they are all over clocked guess I should see what this card can do
