Discover and rediscover music through a powerful recommendation engine
Opt out of music with Parental Advisory Labels
Integrate tracks from Napster with existing MP3 collection
A personal inbox for music and messages
The ability to send music to friends both within and outside of the service
The ability to browse other members’ music collections

    Premium Service

For only $9.95 per month, consumers can enhance their Napster experience by choosing a premium subscription service that offers:
    Unlimited streaming and downloading
Access to professionally programmed radio stations
Message boards to share opinions and offer suggestions
Interesting part is the last scheme the Premium Service. $9.95 for unlimited downloads. There is no limit to the number of songs you can download, but there is one catch... it requries that you stay a premium member or your songs go "bad" somehow. How could they go about corrupting your songs? Burning costs extra as well :/ Would be interesting if there was a way to get around the system and make it so the songs are perm.

Who cares, I'd rather go buy the CD for $12.99 and get the nice case, and cover with the original quality and recording.

    I care.

I personally being an individual with distinct thought patterns of my own; with variagated influences have formulated opinions of what I like / desire.

FYI....Your opinion is not necessarily that of all other "individuals".

I personally would pay a buck for an MP3 that was >= 256 if it were the only song I liked on the album. I'm not gonna shell out 13 bucks for one song.

They list it as high quality songs, and are in wma format I believe. I know some people that are in process of signing up, when they do I'll ask em what bitrate the downloads are. I'm same with you, I'd buy a song here and there if it was in the 320kbs range, worth 99 cents for a nice song instead of dropping 13 bucks for a whole cd. If I wanted 128/196 crap though I could just visit kazaa and save a buck.

Man, that's garbage...imho. If it's only 128kbs, I might as well use Kazaa and get 192kbs songs.

Someone mentioned in might be WMA files... if so then 128kbps in WMA format would me around the equivalent of 256kbps as an MP3... That's not too bad.

My bad. That's okay, I guess. Don't use wma files myself, though.

Me either... I'd feel more confortable with 128kbps with MP3Pro format though... I'm very pro competition.

I mean look at IE6... 2yrs later and still no improvement on the web browser...
