But that isn't what causes the headaches, it is the strobing effect from the monitor when the screen refresh is too slow and becomes noticeable. I seriously doubt when that game arrives that anyone will be able to do 60 FPS, or if they reach it, maintain it. This has been the case with most big titles upon release. Just because they capped it 60 FPS doesn't seem to any reason to worry about it.
