Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

All I can say about this game is wow, the controls are tricky, but the time reversing and slo-mo is incredibly done. Also like the glimpse they give you of the upcoming levels. My son has it and I watched him play it for hours, yes him not me. I am not good enough to play games like that. It is just an awesome game. Does justice to the original game.

The PC version plays well too. It's very smooth and polished. The animations look great and the detail is good as well. It's a lot of jumping, timing sort of stuff as opposed to pure combat with the occasional puzzle. So far a great game, inlcuding the very slick cutscenes.

I think I'll get this game along with KOTOR when I have the money (mid-febuary...technically I have the money now but I have priorities ). Looks great and I've been looking for a good action/adventure/platform type of game for the PC for a while now.

I beat the game in about 10 hours total (the game clock told me 7), but I'm glad I bought it, as I'll definitely play through it again.

I saw a preview of it on cartoon network. they showed this long a$$ commercial about how you can slow down time and do all this other stuff. All I have to say is that this game looks SICK!!!!!!!!
I'm trying to free your mind Neo, but I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it.

LOL, I think if we looked back 10 years you'd see a review of the original game saying the exact same thing.

    Now, that's impressive.

[FYI: Prince of Persia Two was the first game I had that sounded like actually voices. Before then, it was all bleeps and boops from midi files, I almost cried when the narrator started talking. "Hey, dude, it sounds like a real person! Holy Sh#T!"]
