New Guild Ranks - PLEASE READ!

With much rank stagnation between now and then, compounded with a rather heavy-handed grading system, the Guild is about due for a bit of a revision. Sooooo, I finally thought about fixing them both. And stuff.

FROM NOW ON, if your ranks are:

Private + Sergeant, you are now ALPHA DIRS

Lieutenant + Captain = LAMDA DIRS

Major + Colonel = SIGMA DIRS

Generals are now OMEGA DIRS (...which is still just me and Mystif)

oh, and XP1800, your sig is wrong...it should be Lambda Dir (not Lambda Dirs). that's referring to the group as a whole. am i right Ashpool?

Changed my sig, I prefer the old ranking system as it was easier to relate to in real world terms and there should have been more scope to move people through the ranks. But I guess that wasn't working well so had to be changed

Speaking of change I still can't access the cooler guild webpage and haven't been able to since first trying LOL My system has been through a reformat since I first tried AND I've even changed web browser but to no avail.

Am I the only one having a problem? If not perhaps I could mirror the site on the webspace I have with my ISP?

Because of the site's current format I will have to redo the whole site to accommodate the new ranks (it needs an update anyways). So I will update the site with the new ranks and members/promotions by the end of the week; currently I am in the middle of finals.
