    Folding question.

I've got some completed WU's on one computer that I want to transfer to my main rig in order to send them off at broadband speed. What files do I need to transfer in order do this? So far I've tried just copying the WU results file over to my main rig and it didn't work when I tried to send it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about moving them, but you could set up ICS and have BB to both systems

i would copy the whole folder. then i'd shut down folding on the main rig, start it up in the moved folder to send the data and get the new WU, then copy the folder (or the contents) back to the first pc.

I would but they are in different locations from each other.

Depending on the WU, it takes between 15-30 minutes to send work in over dialup. I much prefer the one minute it takes to send work in on my cable connection.

I just sent in one and and got a work package and it took 27 minutes. I will be glad when Jan 3 gets here and I have both computers on cable.
