Best Buy has 160GB Seagate Drives on sale

I picked up the last at my store. 159+ tax. there are 50 and a 20 MIR's. So it comes to around 100$ for the drive. Not bad IMO. Also its an 8meg cache one

Futureshop has WD 160gb drives for 99 bucks here. That's without rebate or anything, just 99 bucks. Thats about 75 bucks American, lol.

Still a pretty good deal. And the sata is barely on par with the ata in benchmarks anyway.

also I think Seagates are better manufactured then WD's. Also I had a Gift card. Went on newegg same drive would have costed me around 150$ total. thats 50$ in saving. B/C of shipping at tax from newegg.(CA resident)

I believe they are when it comes to reliability and quietness. When it comes to performance though, wd has them beat hands down.
