sonata might go under the knife
im thinking of adding a window and a blowhole to my sonata, any tips from you experanced modders?
i know measure twice cut once but anything else? also what size holesaw bit will i need for a 80mm fan?

Measure TWICE and cut ONCE!

If your case will have room for say a 92mm or even 120mm fan, you might as well cut to that size. Higher cfm and lower dB

The window is easy if you use a JigSaw. I am not sure you want to add a Blowhole top the top. Its really small up there and the 2 120's inside keep the air flowing pretty good. he holesay would be 80mm.

I would definately use a Jigsaw for making any round hole larger than 80mm (as holesaws that size are hard/expensive to come by), and for sure use a jigsaw for any window cutting. I did a blowhole and a window last week, check this thread if you haven't already. Dont forget to post some pics when you get to Modding...
