Who has a PDA and which one?

Anyone really need one to "organize" their life?

I can't justify buying one yet.

I have the Tungsten E, provided to me from work. It helps me keep track of different projects we're working on and wheather I should go to work or on location sites. Also I use it keep track of tests and due dates. But if my work didn't provide one for me I wouldn't be able to justify $100-200 organizer.

Dell Axim X-5; I hate writing on paper. Useful certainly, but I can't say that I couldn't live without it.

I've an old Palm V, it was a hand-me-down from my brother in Japan. I originally asked for it since he was able to get it for free from a co-worker, and I thought it would come in handy for school since I just started college. After 2 semesters though, I've barely used it. I've found more use in my student planner book I bought than my Palm. I'm not sure why, as I'm a pretty tech-saavy kinda guy, I just never had the heart to bring it out during class to sloppily jot things down on it. I always found it muchos faster to just write it down in pen/pencil in my handbook.

    Just my two cents.

I won a Palm VIIx in an online contest.

I use it nearly every day. It's great to sync up with Avantgo and download a bunch of webpages for the day. I get newspapers (USA Today, Washington Times, etc.), I get weather for the week, I laugh at daily jokes. It's great and saves me money on buying a newspaper for when I go out to lunch. I also use it to store addresses, passwords, and other notes. It's got plenty of games, I'm hooked on VEXED. I also play IR Pong with friends. But one of the best features is the Palm Acrobat Reader, by using Acrobat Distiller I can convert any document into a PDF and view it on my palm. FAQs, Game Guides, entire books can all be viewed.
