Hey the reason i dont know how to configure foobar:
Example:There is kernal, directsound but how do you select them? I click on it, but it doesnt say use as default or anything like that. In fact i dont know what is coming out of the speakers. How do i tell the foobar to use what i want? And i dont even know the difference.
Can you point it out? i have no idea

Yeah... All my songs are like that, but when I look in the properties in foobar, it's listed correctly.

Which plug-ins and so forth would I need to make winamp sound as good as foobar? And can foobar play video like winamp??

don't delete your winamp. Foobar is only for music. Foobar doesn't have the capabilities of the expansive internet TV and Radio, and doesn't play any type of video.
I watched 5 episodes of Love Hina last night on Winamp full screen on my 21" monitor and it looked like VCD! It was clear and smooth, in video and audio
