Expensive Sushi
Slow as Molasses now
I have a Dell Inspiron 8200, (i know for shame) Well, sure to the rumors it is acting up on me. It takes sooooooo long to boot up and pretty much do anything nowadays. Is there something I can do to bring ti back to its speedy form of a few years ago? Without formatting?

How long has it been since you cleaned out the Temp folder or did a defrag?

Probably about a week. I thought that would clear it up, but it just takes so dam long to boot. I think I need to elimate things from the startup but I'm not sure how to go about that. I have Windows XP
