Are there any games similar to Tekken, Soul Calibur (I think that's it..), etc. for a PC? If so..where could I find a demo?

Zoom-Zoom!
There's Battle Arena Toshinden. (PC port of a PSX classic; it's really old)
I personally play Tekken 2 and 3 on my PC with Epsxe. (psx emulator)

FYI, B.A.T. was a horrible port.
I'd say your best bet would be like soupnazi already suggested... PSX emulator.

[Insert witty title here]
Virtua Fighter Remix, the old saturn fighter, was ported to the PC several years back. If you found it now, it would probably be no more than $2 or so.
But a rule of thumb is that the PC is TERRIBLE for fighting games. If you enjoy that genre, get yourself a cheap PSX or Dreamcast and pick up the Tekken games or Soul Calibur.

There aren't many fighting games for the PC....there are titles like Rise of the Robots, Battle Beast, Virtua Fighter PC, Brutal: Paws of Fury, but these games are all pretty old. The most recent game I know of is One Must Fall Battlegrounds which came out last year but I think this game got crap reviews and probably sold horribly.

SenorDestro
I play fighters on the PC all the time. Get Mame32, NeoMame (NEO GEO), and an arcade controller (X-Arcade) and bam tons of fighters. I got my X-Arcade controller off Ebay for 50$ and well the rest was free.
For a good time add SenorDestro to your 360 and Steam friend list. PSN: PoopRiot

Mame was a great suggestion! Kawaks also has a lot of fighters. Dreamcast was a fighter fan's dream.
There doenst seem to be a lot of fighter games for the pc but have you tried some Japanese websites? Perhaps fighter games are more popular for the pc over there.

Buy a dreamcast. They're 20 bucks at ebgames.
Edit: Although if you're hell bent on getting a fighter for pc, guilty gear x was ported to it. I think it was only released in japan though so you'll need to import it. It's 2d, so it's not really tekken like.
