Look at the Doom III hardware guide. I would expect your rig to get around 40 FPS at 1280*960 High Details.

I was under the impression that while my CPU will be great, and video card good, my RAM would really limit everything.
I mean, weren't their test machines like 3Ghz using 2Gbs of RAM or something ridiculous like that?
I'm just trying not to get my hopes too high.
