    a new set of antlers

i got into hunting after high school and recently during the off season i developed the habit of playing the deer hunter franchise. i love hunting and i also play fps's i guess its just shooting
i really like the games and i want to pick up this years deer hunter 2005, anyone else a fan?
You still have your gun, so use it. Just do me a favor, don't shoot it out the window.

You don't like Beethoven. You don't know what you're missing. Overtures like that get my... juices flowing. So powerful. But after his openings, to be honest, he does tend to get a little ****ing boring. That's why I stopped!

Hate hunting and consider it a vile and unnecessarily cruel treatment of harmless, innocent animals. Might sound kinda hypocritical from someone who is probably a cyber-mass-murderer but no matter how much I love gory stuff on the comp (I can watch all of rotten and not even blink) I couldn't shoot anything for the life of me. I don't hate hunting games per sé but do consider them extremely boring. Much like sports games.

I used to hunt as a teenager, now I find the animal population is rapidly declining. It's just not worth it anymore, and I really miss seeing wild animals. I encourage you to only hunt if the animals are plentiful...and even then, use what you kill. It's plain wrong to kill something and leave it to rot.

    Don't deer hunting games suck?
Why not just skin everyone in CS (or your choice of FPS) as a deer?

Deer Hunter is my favorite arcade game next to Metal Slug! Cool to see someone else likes it.

yeah, what i like about the graphics is that i can turn them down to play on my 1 ghz pentium or turn them up and play on my 3000+. this years version is great, honestly id rather be playing this than really hunting. do any of you guys know any new features coming next year in dh 2005?

Now if more people would think like THAT then I'd be all for the development of more and better hunting games

Speaking of antlers...Adult Swim, Dr. Weird, "BEHOLD! I've grafted an antler onto my groin! You know, so I can better fit in with the herd."

    Happy hunting.

Hunting is a good thing. While the populations of certain types of animals have been hurt by it, many other species need their populations maintained through hunting or it would create problems. Deer for example have to be thinned or they would become rampant and eat all the food intended for us. Not to mention the endless amounts of cars they'd be taking out (stupid buggers).

Deer hunter is pretty cool I just haven't ever gotten the hang of it in the bars. Now, set me at a Golden Tee machine and I'll slay people.

Its a great bar game too. I loved it in the bar, thats why im going to buy 2005. I can play it any time, plus I can outdo my friends with online hunting.
