 No 3d Apps work!!!
I just installed my agit kg7-raid mobo, with a gig of crucial pc2100 ram, i formatted, reinstalled all of my drivers, but now not one 3d app will work, well, it'll work for a couple of seconds sometimes, and then lock up the system. nothin's overclocked, it could be that i don't have enough power goin' to everything, but i have no idea.

Hmmm. Could be a lot of things. Have you checked the CPU temp? 300W is plenty of power. Do you have a system accceleration option in your BIOS? If I enable acceleration, I get the same thing. Also, if you have fast writes enabled or sidwband addressing, disable & see if that helps. Maybe a hardware conflict, such as a force feedback joystick?
