    Cardboard Box PC's > *

I had some extra parts laying around

    - slot amd athlon/mobo
    - 512mb pc133
    - 40gb 5400rpm HDD
    - 250watt PSU

but no case to put em in.. so i did some digging around and found a cardboard box that houses everything perfectly (snug fit).... heres the first stages

im thinking it could be an undercover-server

Not to be mean, but it is just "eh".

It is nothing new. Sorta like the lego cases.

I`d at least use a box that was strong enough to hold the hardware without buckling when moved about. That one looks abit weak.

Oh-wait, I see you`ve used a cardboard MB tray to reinforce it.

I had my second rig in a cardboard box until two weeks ago. Now that it has a case, it's a million times quieter.
