Can I Do This?
What I want to do is house my watercooling components seperately, in a external box, then run tubing from the box through the back of the case, then to the CPU/GPU. I'm going to have a double heater core for the GPU and a double heater core for the CPU. Can I do this with just 1 pump (Mag3)?

thats a lot for one pump. Although it would work, I really doubt you'd be getting optimal flow rates. Maybe you should look into some of the Iwaki pumps...

Well then would it flow better if I did it all in one loop instead of each of them having their own dual heatercore?

you mean as opposed to running the loops in parallel? That's considered to be a not-so-good way of doing it, check liquidninjas.com for more info, i'm not a WC expert.
It would work, yes, but everybody knows that especially with the top blocks out there, whitewater, RBX, swifty 6000, more flow is always better.

Do you mean the parallel is not-so-good or just a single loop isn't good?
Which is actually the best waterblock out of the 3 you listed?

parallel is considered to be inferior to a single loop, I forget why. Player0 had a post about it somehwere on liquidninjas.
The Dtek whitewater and swifty 6000 the top blocks. I believe with higher flow rates the whitewater wins out...

I'm sorry, for some reason when I read it my brain turned inferior into superior, which as you can see could easily cause confusion. 
Now that we have straight, say I went with a single loop. Would that work adaquetely?

Ok, good, that's how I'll do it.
Do you think I could add a single heater core to the loop and cool the chipset too? I want to be able to pump max voltage through the chipset with low temps.

i think a northbridge block is just a waste of money but most nb blocks arent' that restrictive anyway so it would be fine

Hrm... so if I added a single heater core to the loop and a NB block, I wouldn't have any problems? It'd be like this:
Res > Pump > Double Heater Core > Double Heater Core > Single Heater Core > GPU > CPU > NB > Res
