Post i think i fried my mobo...

    hi guys,
i was setting up my new computer, and i oc'ed it a bit while it was still in test phase. i then added all the peripherals, and ofcourse the three case fans (i hadn't fitted the cover of the case yet, which had another two) and the bay coolers. i also had a barracuda IV and a toshiba dvd. the thing is, i have a 300W psu, and once i turned the computer on, i saw this plume of smoke. i instantly turned it off, but now it won't turn on.
when i turned it off after the smoke incident, i noticed that my vga card wasn't seated properly. i thought this might have shorted something in the mobo, though the smoke seemed to come from the northbridge.
now when i turn it on (even with it in test mode (ie. no hd, cdrom etc), the cpu fan doesn't turn, and this red light next to the northbridge turns on.

    my specs:
athlon 1.4@1470 (i had the mult at 11 and so the failed attempt had it at 1540)
    epox 8k7a
    256 mb crucial pc2100
thermalright sk-6 with 80-60 fan adapter
    geforce2 mx400 64mb
    sblive 5.1
    nokia 21 inch flatscreen
    and some odd nic

question is, is my mobo fried..?

You gotta call them up and theyll give you a number and so on. I have heard tons and tons of people having problems with 8K7A's from there i was one of them. So maybe it was a bad mobo.
