Burning .bin file problem :(

I have bin cue file of vcd
I try to burn them in CDRWIN
everthing is good exept when burning process is finished i dont see anything on cd, computer even frezes when i put cd in my kenwood cd rom when it doesnt when i leave cd-r drive
Still i can find that vcd file anywhere on cd.
Cd is 500megs, but it doesnt have anything inside,weird! Please help!!!

CDRWin is OK, but try fireburner!
