    Need help making an RSS file

    I would like to make an RSS file that displays the latest topics from a message board. The latest topics file is already created and is here:

    http://www.jeditemplewarroom.com/cgi...b/Headlines.pl

    I'm trying to figure out how to convert (include) this link in an RSS file so I can have these latest topics show up wherever I want them to.

    Any help?
