i personally think you should get to punish the person that runs over your AT mines, although you lose the points. even if it were to be abused, itll cost the guy 12 points to get someone kicked.
the funniest instance of TKing i can recall happened as i watched on the other team. One of the USMC (my team) engineers had laid AT mines on the ramp right near the square checkpoint, and one of the MEC engineers was disarming them with his wrench. joe smacktard comes flying around the U-turn in his vodnik (with the horn held down from about 150m away of course), and runs over his teammate who was disarming the mines, and also hits one killing himself and 3 of his teammates in the vodnik. they need "weighted" punishment for that... ban him from every server for like 2 weeks.

Make me shut up.
It's you who don't know squat. Keep watching your CNN propoganda channel.
The american pilot was an incompetant "Top gun" on a cowboy mission. He murdered 4 canadian soldiers.
He was even convicted in an american military court, got his wings clipped.
dishonarable discharged, but it should be minimum, life imprisonment.

oh boy here, we go, thread will get locked now
there's a very common phrase in a REAL war (which you know nothing about) "$hit happens". It's not meant to be inhumane or disrespectfull in any way, but stuff does happen when you're around so much firepower and heavy equipment that is meant to KILL. You may make a mistake when you're walking and step on someone's heel, tiny mistake, for the pilot in the airplane or the tanker, that one tiny mistake can be fatal to others around them.
That is why if the mistake is an honest mistake, they are free to go. Reckless mistake =discharge. Intentional mistake = prison time.
I don't watch CNN, my "propaganda" channel. I make all my conclusions from real world experience, thank you very much.

I figured he got discharged becouse the candians were crying that they lost four soilders and america couldnt afford to loose candian support? but maybe your right aboot him being incompetent.

Well, the canadians were reported in and doing a live fire exercise.
The Pilot did not follow rules of engagement.
They are allowed to fire if they are being fired upon (naturally).
They were not being fired upon, not even close to it. The Pilot saw tracer fire, he asked for permission, flew over a few times, seen a group of people (it was night) called self-defence, and went into to manuevers to drop a bomb. He did not wait for confirmation of target.
After Hoohaying and yahooing, he said, "I hope that was the right thing to do". Immediately on the radio came the report, "Friendlies are at that location".
It could just as easily have been americans at that spot.
He didnt follow the rules of engagement. He made a very bad judgement call. And that was from American military officials. And I don't think it was just because we're allies, they do the same thing when it's friendly fire between american's.
It's true that if the victims were muslims (like when americans bombed the weddings, lol, celebratory gun fire), he wouldn't lose his wings and his carreer. But hey, like you say, "sh*t happens"

Well the pilot reported being fired upon, he asked for permission to drop his bombs and was denied. but was allowed to mark the target and asses the situation, while marking the target he noticed he was being fired upon(or so he thought) by the candians and used his right to return fire. he did not learn of the accident till he landed.
This to me sounds like an accident. The candians were firing in the air (Read this from the torronto star) How are you supposed to know if its intentional or not? simply asnwer, you dont. He was given permission to mark, while marking he mistook friendly candian fire for holy **** these crazy Arabs might be trying to kill me(yeah thats what war is about: peaple killing peaple.) And dropped his payload.
"Canada is a vital member of a mighty coalition against terrorism and hatred," President Bush said in a statement. "It is shouldering great burdens and making tremendous sacrifices to make the world a safer place for all people. It is doing so in defense of the values that define the Canadian nation and that unite our two peoples."
The above statement is the only reason why that poor pilot was charged. Bush did not wont to loose canada or other allies fearing for there soilders(excuse to leave the war) The ****'s chess, it aint checkers.
