    Wireless PDA's

Where I work we have a large amount of PDA's with wireless ability and for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would need wireless on a PDA. Can anyone tell what the attraction is?

Umm..which part are you having trouble with?

I use it on mine for various reasons, I can go online with it, it's not as good as a normal PC but it does have a 640x480 screen which is adequate for checking mail, news sites etc., I use Messenger, stream music/movies to anywhere in the house - had friends round for a while the other night, rather than having my laptop sitting in the lounge, the PDA was simply hooked up to the stereo and played the music from the PC wirelessly. I can also sync the PDA, both for contacts/PIM stuff and programs wirelessly. If the PDA didn't have wireless, I wouldn't have bought it.

That pretty much answers the question. Thanks
