WoW question: chinese farmers or bots?

Yup, mages are the game's vending machine. My friend always gets assualted in IF for food, drink, whatever. I wouldnt be surprised if half the people in the game buy gold online. Everyone I see has the craziest items. Also prices are real high on even trivial things, suggesting the game has too much gold flowing around. Hard to keep up legitimately .

Luckily the mage will get a stack of 10 level 60 waters per cast in the next patch. Should make things a lot easier. As far as gold, all it takes is finding one good epic or recipe and you can make 1000g. For example, I had the Lifestealing enchant recipe sitting in the bank for over a month and was told by a friend that it was worth a lot of gold. Sold it and now I have more gold than I now what to do with.

4 per cast right now. When we raid MC, I seem to spend the 30 minutes before starting making stacks.

yet most mages don't even start making waters until the entire raid is assembled and ready to go. I'm like 1 of 2 or 3 people on my entire server who knows how to get their butt to ZG, or BRS, most ppl just sit in ogrimmar asking for summon once a minute. Takes half an hour to assemble a 20 man raid, 30 minutes to get them all there, and another 30 minutes to water and buff up. It's rare to find professional personel, like mages who start making water the moment they join the raid, or AI/fort/GW buffs to be done without the leader having to instruct to do so...for each group at that. Somehow getting way off topic here...oh yeah..death to farmers

Well the thing to do when you come across a Chinese farmer is for you and your friends to tag every thing in site so that the farmer gets no loots, then follow him around for a while steal killing every thing he comes across and maybe pull some mobs on him if you get bored.

here's an idea ...

create a game where getting gold is difficult and you need a lot of it for rare items ... set up a company to sell ingame gold, since you are the developer, adding gold to your accounts is a quick trip to Mr. Database. Hide this from everyone ese and you're done.

Nobody would be able to match your prices, you can even make your game free and it is nothing big that a developer team won't be able to handle by themselves.

kinda like EA did (still does?) with one of the Ultima games by offering premade characters.

I guess I'm lucky to be in a guild that is very organized, but still casual. We have as part of our website, a signup form for all raids and MC always has 15 reserves. It's first come, first serve by class to prevent the 20 hunters from taking up half the raids Everyone is required to gather 30 minuts prior to the start time and send a tell to the event leader. About ten minutes before starting, if you aren't there, then the reserves are offered the unfilled spots. The rules have worked and when we start MC at 8:00, that means we are porting in and buffing the group. The only way you get a port from a warlock is if you take the place of someone that had to drop out of the raid, otherwise you are expected to be in Black Rock Mountain on time. For the past 3 months since I've started raiding MC, it has worked very well and we are ready to go on time.

If you raid Strat long enough, you are bound to find something to sell for a good amount of gold. Though, the only thing that I wanted was the epic mount for PvP.
