Windows XP dual boot and NTFS

I got a used laptop with Windows NT 4 and WIndows XP on it. I deleted Windows nt 4 and installed windows 98se on that partition but now to my dismay I cannot get to or even see the partition with windows xp because it is NTFS format....... how do I get my laptop to dual boot windows 98 and windows xp now?

I also have a linksys wireless ap and dsl/cable router from dell.com and a d-link wireless card from newegg.com but the software for the card doesnt seem to work on windows xp I went to the d-link website but I didnt see any windows xp stuff for it what can I do?

erm...you can't see the partition in XP or 98? cause 98, even se DOES NOT support NTFS. so if it's partitioned in NTFS, it won't work. but XP should work fine.

why dual boot xp and 98se anyway? there's no point in it.

I assumed that your Win NT was on a different partition than your winXP before you delete it. Use WinXP boot disc, reformat that partition to FAT32 then you can reboot with win98 boot disk and install win98 on that partition.

windows xp is on the NTFS partition and I have no way to access it now, windows 98 starts up my computer automatically and windows 98 cant see NTFS patition. It was a used laptop so I didn't get a win xp cd....

Opps, i see the problem now. I am not sure how to do this. Usually if you install winXP after another OS is already there then it will automatically set up the dual boot. However win98 was made for dual boot so if you install it last, it will not set up for dual per se. Without winXP CD, I am not sure how to set this up. May be someone who know better than I will be able to help you.
