"Watches You Sleep" Shark
Earth Bound Sequel on the GBA
http://www.gamespot.com/news/6142926.html
Kick ***...only took a decade for them to get around to it...
If we hit that bull's eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

Came out in the NES on 1997? I didn't know they were still releasing games for the NES at that time . I assume you meant 1987, and if so you were off by a couple of years. You could of read the article that was linked to also:
The original Mother was released on the Famicom (the Japanese Nintendo Entertainment System) in 1989, and Mother 2 was released on the Super Famicom in 1994. The new project wasn't exactly smooth sailing for producer Itoi, who originally planned to release the game on the Nintendo 64. The N64 project was canceled after six years in development, and in 2003, Nintendo revealed that the sequel would get a second chance on the GBA.

3 if you include this new one coming out for the GBA. The first one on NES, Mother, was never released in the US; Mother 2 for SNES is what we know as Earthbound.

rumor was that the N64 gae was going to have a translated version of the first game. However, these were never confirmed.
