the main difference between those 2 antec power supplies i listed is, one has a single 120mm fan (quieter) and the other has 2 80mm fans.

why not try the antec super lanboy, i have it and it's a sweet case. very VERY light! it also has rubber mounts for the hdd's and good front to back air flow w/ 2x120mm fans which make for a silent cooling system. (i'm all about a quiet pc)

for mobo, i guess the a8n-e would be good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131530 but i chose the a8n-sli premium mainly because of the passive cooling on the southbridge. i hate chipset fans, they always die at some point. i have no intentions of running SLI either.
