i guess this is a quick "outlook express" question

finally changing over from dsl to cable within the next day. ive always told my mom to keep her email web based so anytime i have to reformat or something like this comes along she doesnt loose her precious spam. the last time i finally got her to ditch the horrible verizon webmail and to start using outlook express. thing is with the change over to cable her email will obviously change. is it possible to simply go into the setup and change the account information and keep all the past emails from her current account? meaning can i basically just tell outlook (on the account she's now using and has set up with many junk emails she needs to keep) to look at the new address instead of starting a new account from scratch? basically have her old one pick up on this new one when we switch over? i will of course have to notify everyone on her list of the new email addy as well.
