GL buddy,
I'd go for the Abid KR7A board. It's not a RAID board, but if you shop around you can find somewhere that sells it for the 120 $ price range. I've just built my new system, and love this MB.

ABIT makes a non raid version of the KR7A, it's cheaper 
I've been running my KR7A for just about 2 months now and havent had any problems.
Great manual, easy to setup, great stability, good OC capabilities (not the best though since it is limited to 1.85 core voltage).
