tube and plasma TV's have a contrast ratio of infinity:1. and DLP, while not having any 100% black pixels, still looks damn good. in short- who cares. OLED tv's (if they see mass production) will be super-expensive. typical of sony to pick the most expensive route to accomplish a goal.
