    That's weird. Pixels will be bigger than on my 24" Dell then?

    Yeah. It's just like any other 1080p TV.

    1920x1080 is a VESA resolution though, so there are no weird issues with supporting it like there are with the various 1366x768 resolutions.

    tube and plasma TV's have a contrast ratio of infinity:1. and DLP, while not having any 100% black pixels, still looks damn good.

    in short- who cares. OLED tv's (if they see mass production) will be super-expensive.

    typical of sony to pick the most expensive route to accomplish a goal.
