just uninstall it.. and reboot.. you have something attached that hasnt been properly installed... and as in your case it will probably just go away..

I get these all the time when I redo my system cause I forget to unhook everything.

I had the same problem, but it was a bug solved by the latest drivers. I think in my case was the ATI chip in my motherboard.

It part of the VIVO hardware on the card. You need to make sure you have the WDM drivers installed.

But the WDM drivers don't always get installed properly in my experience. It's not the user's fault -- there's something weird with the WDM install process.

i had a similar problem with my system which came out and was unable to install a driver for a certain component of my card.

that was because i was using a TV Tuner card also that had the same driver base as my video card. so when the video card driver was installed, the system wasn't able to update the necessary files to get that last component to work correctly as the files that needed to be updated were already running.

if you have any extra video adapters of any kind installed, remove them from the system, and restart the computer with just your ATI 1950 connected. and to be on the safe side, uninstall your ATI drivers from the system (use the driver clean up utility if possible. cant remember where to get it sorry), and reinstall the latest drivers again.

It's the VIVO feature (Video-in, Video-out) so you can hook in a video source or output it to a TV.
