    new build issues

    Having issues loading the os. One concern is the memory voltage is 1.8v, cannot set the voltage that low in the bios- lowest setting is 1.95v. But the DDR voltage is reading at 2.36v when the system is running. When I try to load the os, it will freeze at different locations during the setup.
