New Layout
Ok, so many people hated Frames that I switched to Flash: looking for input on this.
Also, I'm still requesting input on the game design itself so post your opinions: Would the game work? Would it be WORTH playing?

The site widths and what not are all messed up for me.
Are you using CSS ?

Nope. I should be a static 1024x768 flash file embedded in Index.html.

I would recommend using CSS. Its really helpful in organizing a webpage and taking it to the next step.
For me, the left side purple column is huge, and it pushes the text outside of my screen.

agreed, I don't see a reason to go with flash when css will do the job.

I used to do everything with tables, but that is tough. CSS is soooo much better once I forced myself to learn absolute and relative positioning.
The site I'm working on for my mom currently:

Kewl.
As the site says... I'm no programmer. CSS is way above my head. Hell, I have trouble with HTML, period. heh
I'll see what I can do about fitting the site.

I know what you mean, but if you have the time and patience, CSS is easy to learn and fairly intuitive. It actually made more sense to me then HTML. It'll also make formating and editing your web page so much easier and in the long run I think it'll be more beneficial. Just my 2 cents.
