slipstreamed xp sp3 volume license not working

So I slipstreamed SP3 into my legal volume licensed version of XP Pro.
It went through fine until it hit the serial number section.

It keeps on saying that the number is invalid!
Do I have to go back to SP2 slipstreamed CD? I did not slipstream the CD in Vista like the google search was saying... it was slipstreamed on the same computer that had Windows XP Pro. This sucks... so close to being done and I get this crap!

Any final thoughts before I format it again and go with SP2? That worked before...

    Don't know.

I know that my OEM slipstreamed SP3 (with IE7/WMP11, patches) disc works with my OEM licenses at work. (Mostly Dell laptops/desktops with the Windows sticker.)

I know that our other copy of the XP disc doesn't work with these licenses.

What did you use to slipstream the disc? nLite? Or did you do it manually?

I did it manually following a previously used guide.
