Is there any chance 3DMark Vantage will be added to these benches? It's a little tougher on some of the newer hardware out now.

Upgrading is fun! I'm looking at additional hardware to maximize points on hwbot. As well as some form of extreme cooling. Friendly competition never hurt anybody.

Crank that puppy! Win 7 is good for most of these benches. Some are better in a stripped down, super tweaked XP. That 295 should OC well for some good scores.
    Nice system BTW.

actually OS is mad cause i beat him in 03 with 400 mhz less of an oveclock, worse video cards and a worse processor overall lol

    @ OS

the only reason i beat you i think is memory speed

He has to be scratching his head over that one. He had better get tweakin'. LOL

03 really likes XP, stipped down, single vid card, and as high an OC as you can get.

    69_GTO_Judge, stang10001,

Both of you are good OCers, a pleasure doin' business with ya!

I burned up my P6T Deluxe V1 OCin' it with the 295 and 260; none of the 3 slots worked, PSU did fine and all components survived (ya, got lucky). So now we'll see what the new V2 can do with just the 295 mounted.

Thinkin' about get a i7 920 with D0 stepping -- either of you tried one?

    What caused the meltdown?

I haven't had the pleasure of a DO yet, but I know of a bunch of guys that have them. They OC better than the CO\C1's and at lower volts.

OCing and with both vidcards OCed is the only thing I can think of. I did a run at 4.0 with both vidcards max'ed out, did a reboot, to get to 4.1 and no video. Took out the 260, still no video, replaced the 295 with the 260, still no video. Tried each card in all three slots, no video. So, now it get to try it all over again with the V2
