    it runs at 2 GHz. it's already a slow CPU. they get up to 6.5-7 GHz just like the others. I don't see what the point of this is other than to generate more awareness about AMD's fab process technology. It's just marketing.

    You're not going to get one as it's only going to press and the creme de la creme of the overclocking community (K|ingp|in, Maci, Fugger, ect.). It's just a marketing stunt, AMD picked a hundred high leakage chips that can withstand lots of Vcore and put them into the hands of select people.

    The chip is pretty much worthless outside of the benchmarking crowd, I doubt you'd be able to get much more out of it than a decent Phenom II with air or water cooling. Maybe you could with phase, but these things have LN2 and LH4 written all over them.

    its not being properly recognized

    i.e. needs new bios to properly recognized.
