Just make sure you have cleared the basics of WC, WC can be a pain if not done properly and it be more of a problem. But it does cool a lot better then any HSF, and you maybe able to achieve your goal of 4ghz with decent temps (10-20C Delta to Ambient temps). Just do get a HSF for your NB.
