Well, you've everything you're supposed to do, and without spare parts to test, I agree with what has been stated. Try memtest. You could also get the free version of Sisoft Sandra and run some of their tests to see what happens.

If you haven't already, try re-seating the components that must be there. However, I usually see a problem with the motherboard when these types of issues start appearing.
