    Network Widget for Windows 7

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good widget of some kind that I can use to

    1) check my current speed
    2) to see how much bandwidth I have used since my last restart
    3) for the current month
    4) (maybe if possible) how much since my last format

I used to use coolmon which did this in a way, it wasn't primary use of it. But I was hoping someone knew of something like it obviously looking for a smaller resource footprint.

Thank you os-wiz that will work. The gadget works perfectly exactly what I was looking for. I guess I probably could have used good old google but thanks for the help.
