Converting video to SWF flash WITH controls

Why are there so many programs that can export video (avi/mp4/x264/whatever) to SWF, but I can't find a SINGLE ONE that exports with controls (audio/full screen/scroll bar)...

It doesn't have controls (play, pause, full-screen).

Hey holydiver, I think there may be some confusion in what you're looking for. Are you considering the actual controls available when viewing video to actually be a part of the video?

Unless I'm mistaken there aren't any media formats which embed the actual control scheme for playback. What I think you're wanting is usually considered the player which is embedded into pages along with the media and wraps around it to give the whole experience.

I am looking for a video converter program.

So mpeg/avi -> swf

Exporting into a single swf file with built-in controls (play,stop,full screen,audio).

For example, this program -

Looks the the mac version has full-screen button in controls, but PC doesn't. I need something for PC like that.

You can convert your's video into flv using Macvide VideoFlash Converter.it's tool for convert avi(mov,wmv,mpg) to flv.It's the best programm which I have had to deal with.But it's only for Mac.
